Customer Reviews: shame on intuit February 2, 2010 J. hutchins (dayton, ohio) 18 out of 22 found this review helpful
you cannot import accounts/data from any version older than 2008 without ungrading to the deluxe version. will be returning and finding a vendor who values customers
Goodby Quicken July 29, 2010 Ticked off in Maine I've been a Quicken user for years. I was very excited when I bought Quicken Delux 2008 because I wanted to start using online banking and tracking of investments. After about 6 mos. the downloads from my bank froze up. I was a big problem that Quicken did not fix, from the volume of complaints on the web. I just bought a new computer with Windows 7, so it was time for a new version of Quicken. Rather than deal with another freeze up, I decided to buy the simple, low end version. Then I saw the posts about the low end version not being able to read my old Quicken files from the Delux version without an upgrade. Shame on you. It was enough to send me looking for an alternative. I'm now a GnuCash user. Goodby Quicken!
